From Indexing Issues to Ranking Recovery (PVE SEO Case Study)

This project focused on recovering organic visibility for PVE (VacuumElevators.com) after a major drop in impressions and rankings following a Google spam update.

The site was affected by technical and structural issues, including 404 errors on service pages, indexation inconsistencies, duplicate URLs, weak canonical signals, and schema problems.

We began with a full SEO audit covering technical health, on-page structure, and content quality. Instead of applying random fixes, a clear phase-wise implementation plan was created to address root causes in the right order.

The first phase focused on fixing crawl errors, broken URLs, redirects, canonical issues, and structured data. The second phase restructured service area pages under a clean, unified architecture to improve location relevance and remove URL conflicts. The third phase optimized core and service pages for search intent, metadata, internal linking, content quality, and schema consistency.

All changes were tracked in a shared execution sheet with regular updates and transparent communication with the client.

After the fixes were completed, impressions stabilized and started growing, rankings recovered across key pages, and overall crawl and indexation health improved. This case highlights how fixing technical debt and poor site structure can directly restore organic performance.
